In order to ensure a successful
Bash, we need information from each family (or group) planning to
attend. This information allows us to prepare for the Bash,
including nametags for the humans and personalized bandannas for the
dogs. Have one person complete the online registration form for
your family/group. Because computers and telephone connections
occasionally malfunction -- and people make mistakes! -- we have
prepared this page to review the registration process, and to give
you suggestions of how to respond if the unexpected occurs.
Before getting to the actual registration form is the Assumption of Risk. Please read this. If you click on "I Agree", you will get to the registration form to complete with information about the people and dog(s) attending the Bash. If you select "I do not agree" at the end of the Assumption of Risk, we are sorry that you will not be able to join us at the Bash.
The registration form
asks for:
• The email address and name of the contact person for your family/group.
•
Names (first and last) of the people in your group. Enter the
names as you would like them on the nametag (Rich vs Richard;
Ginny vs Virginia).

The names, gender, and spay/neuter status of all bichons in your
group. Enter the dog’s name as you would like it to
appear on the personalized bandana. If there are any "special needs" dogs in your group (e.g., a dog that is deaf, blind, excessively shy, or prefers to meet new people on his/her own terms), please select "Yes" for a Special Needs bandana for your special bichon!

Whether any of your bichons was adopted from a rescue organization
The registration form is two pages
long. When you get to the second page, please carefully review the information at the TOP of the page to be sure it is correct ... especially your complete email address (including what is after the @ sign), since that is our only way of contacting you. If there are any problems, use the back button on your computer to return to the first page to make changes. If everything from the first page of the registration form is correct, then complete page 2. After checking that information, click the Submit button ONLY ONE TIME. It may take several seconds for the data to register.
If
you registered successfully, you will see a screen thanking you and
offering links to other parts of the site. If you do not get the “Thank
you” screen or experience a problem during registration (e.g.,
computer freeze or error message), and are not sure if your
registration was processed, please contact
