Return and Exchange Policy:

We're confident that you and your pet will love our products! Occasionally, though, you may need to return or exchange a purchase. For those rare instances, our return policy is outlined below for your convenience.

• Products are to be returned within 30 days and in their original packing and with original tags intact. It is suggested that items are returned via a traceable mail service such as UPS.

• If we've made an error in your order (we sent you the wrong color, size, style, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will make arrangements to correct and reship your order.

• If you receive a defective product, please email Jill at bichonbash@omrdc.com for instructions on replacement.

• Unused products may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund of the purchase price less shipping costs (original tags must be attached).  We cannot credit items that have been used or are otherwise not in saleable condition.

• Please measure your pet(s) carefully. Items returned to us because the incorrect size was ordered are subject to a $5 restocking fee plus shipping costs.

• Custom orders, non-stocked items and special order items are not returnable unless they are defective.

• Products are subject to price change and availability.  Not responsible for typographical or system errors.
